FAQ
Minor Electrical questions
Can you put a ceiling fan where there is only a light?
If the existing box is fan-rated, yes. If it is not, we can swap in a fan-rated brace box from the attic in many cases. If new wiring is needed, that is an electrician job and we will say so.
Can you add an outlet?
No. Adding an outlet means new wiring, which needs a licensed electrician. We can replace existing outlets, including with USB or GFCI versions.
